Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from purchasing or using our services.

Service Scope

Our services are limited to the agreed scope of work as outlined in the project details. Requests for services outside of this scope may incur additional charges. We will provide a clear estimate before proceeding with extra work.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information and access to complete the project. During the process, we may request feedback or approval of certain elements, and we ask that the client be patient and timely in responding to these requests.

Design and Functionality Feedback

You are required to confirm your design preferences and functionality before making a payment. Any changes or additional requirements after payment may be subject to extra charges. In cases where no design preferences are specified, I will create a design on my own and consider it final. If the client later requests changes or revisions, these will incur additional charges.

Service Availability

Due to the nature of my commitments as a university student, service availability may vary. I will notify you of any changes to availability in advance, and I will strive to ensure that deadlines are met to the best of my ability.

Hosting, Domain, and Third-Party Issues

I am not responsible for issues that arise from external services, including but not limited to hosting companies, domain registrars, or other third-party service providers. If problems occur with these services, they must be resolved with the respective provider.

Payment and Refund Policy

Once payment is made and services are delivered, no refunds will be provided unless there is a mistake on my part. If the service/product is working as intended and no issues are found, a refund will not be issued, even if the client simply does not like the final result. Refunds are only applicable if there is an error or fault caused by me, and any refund request will be subject to a deduction for work already completed or fees incurred.

Liability

If you, or anyone acting on your behalf, tamper with encrypted files or attempt to access or modify them, you will be held responsible for any damages caused. I will not be held accountable for any issues arising from such actions.

Code Ownership and Restrictions

The code and designs provided to you are for your use only. You agree not to sell, distribute, or transfer the code to any third party, including other developers, for modification, tampering, or any other unauthorized use. You also agree not to show or share the code with any third-party developers with the intent of altering or reverse-engineering it. Any unauthorized transfer or tampering may result in legal action, and you will be held responsible for any damages caused by such actions.

Communication and Notifications

All project-related communications will occur via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, based on your provided contact details. It is your responsibility to ensure that these communication channels remain open and active.

Force Majeure

I will not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services if caused by events beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

Modifications

I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
